FIELD: electrochemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: device is made in form of vacuum tank, provided with float chamber, vacuum adjuster, vacuum pumps and output gas lines. Upper portion of electrolyzer tank is connected via input pipe to middle portion of vacuum tank and via output pipe through electric pump - to lower base of vacuum tank. Float chamber with hermetically sealed parts, float and plates of permanent magnet is made with possible automatic removal of condensate from vacuum tank to electrolyzer tank. Output gas lines of vacuum tank are connected to burner through vacuum pumps and valves, and vacuum adjuster is provided with arrow of permanent magnet, along perimeter of movement of which hermetically sealed portions are placed, connected to vacuum pumps via electric circuit and made with possible interaction of magnetic field of arrow with hermetically sealed parts for creating and preserving given vacuum parameters and parameters for controlling operation of pumps. Portion of electrodes is made of nickel with possible combination of functions of electrode and catalyst, and pallet of electrolyzer tank is provided with ultrasound or infrasound generator.
EFFECT: simplified construction, higher productiveness, broader functional capabilities, higher quality, higher efficiency, higher reliability, higher durability.
