FIELD: railway transport; oil products handling. SUBSTANCE: device for bottom draining and filling of railway tank cars has pipeline of hinge-coupled sections. One end of pipeline is connected with drain and pressure manifolds through drain and pressure branch pipes of base. other end of pipeline has coupling head with telescopic pipe inside and lever-and-gripping mechanism with stop. Body of stop of lever-and-gripping mechanism has hole for fitting the body onto axle. Stop is provided with two locking flats operating in turn. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 cl, 4 dwg
