SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication engineering and can be used in digital television. The result is achieved due to that on the transmission side the image scale is changed using both lenses to obtain a third and a fourth image of the same space and formation of codes for the right and left codes of the second stereo pair, and on the receiving side the observer sees a three-dimensional image on four images of frames of two stereo pairs.
EFFECT: reduction of power consumption by three times compared to the primary standard and obtaining twice more amount of information for perception by a three-dimensional space observer.
