FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes nasal packing by means of multi-sectional rhinobyon on rigid multi-channel conductor able to generate controlled pressure in each of sections thereof, programmed decrease, increase and automatic control of bleeding recurrence, wherein physiological saline or air is used to balloon rhinobyon sections and rhinobyon is fixed by collar and straps around head. Device is multi-sectional balloon rhinobyon mounted on rigid conductor, pump with bottle for physiological saline connected with controllable control unit by means of hydraulic control valve or compressor connected with controllable control unit by means of pneumatic control valve, circuit for bleeding recurrence control, monitoring system for control and automatic correction of pressure in rhinobyon sections, pressure release valves connected with control unit and pressure gauges connected with control unit and installed in each rhinobyon section. Walls of each rhinobyon section have active electrodes of circuit for bleeding recurrence control installed therein including cannula contact, conductor, milliammetre, control unit and passive electrode, and being able to alternate current strength in case of bleeding recurrence. System for control and automatic correction of pressure in rhinobyon sections is made to enable pressure change in sections by means of control unit and alarm signal applied in case of bleeding recurrence.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of nasal hemorrhage treatment, to generate minimum pressure on nasal mucosa being sufficient to stop hemorrhage, to localise pressure in hemorrhage site with minimisation of area of pressure on non-bleeding mucosa, to control automatically hemostasis efficiency and to warn against bleeding recurrence.
