FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction industry and namely to construction and erection of rainwater heads meant for flat roofs. The effect is achieved by the fact that roof rainwater head includes a body with a flange and a drain throat. Holding flange presses elastic waterproof roof bed to the body flange; at that, the required pressing force is provided with hold-down screws and nuts. The screws are arranged in the body along the perimetre of the lead-in part of the throat (at the point where the flange passes into the throat). Hold-down screws are installed in smooth cylindrical holes made in the body along the perimeter of the lead-in part of its throat with big radial gap. Clamping nuts retain hold-down screws assembled with the body, thus preventing them from falling out of the holes at those stages of the head erection when nuts and the holding flange have been removed from hold-down screws. Besides clamping nuts with various height allow, during the roof head erection, providing various clamping force of the roof bed, which is uniformly distributed along the perimetre of the clamping flange, which maybe necessary for elastic roof beds with various thickness and stiffness.
EFFECT: increasing service life of the head, simplifying and improving quality of its erection.
