FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to shutoff pipeline valves and is designed for reliable closing the flows of the working medium transported via a pipeline. Ball valve with full opening is arranged between two connection pipes the ends of which are tightened with a ball. The ball is equipped with a turning shaft for ball opening and closing. The ball and ends of connection pipes are enclosed with a body. The body is attached with its ends to the sides of connection pipes as the element attaching the valve parts. On the ends of connection pipes in a circumferential direction there formed is a protruding part. That part includes an annular seal. The body is connected to the sides of connection pipes so that the ball and stepped ends of connection pipes with their seals can be arranged inside the space formed with the body. Chamfers with reverse angle are made on end surfaces of the body, and an additional hole for the second shaft is made on one and the same axis with the shaft. The body is formed with spherical ends comprising a flat annular contact to external surfaces of connection pipes. When manufacturing such ball valve, chamfers with reverse angle and an additional hole on one and the same axis with the shaft are pre-made on ends surfaces of the body, and then the ball is fixed in the body with two shafts. Pressure shaping is performed on the body ends so that spherical shape of the body ends is formed in order to obtain a flat annular contact between the body ends and connection pipes.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows improving reliability and lifetime of ball valve.
