SUBSTANCE: invention is related to control of transmission power in system of mobile communication for control of channel transmitting power with control of absolute transmission speed, which includes absolute speed of ascending communication line user data transmission, which is sent from cell controlled by basic radio station of mobile station. For this purpose the following is realised in method: when mobile station performs soft transfer of service between servicing cell and non-servicing cells, message is sent about shift between transmitting power E-AGCH and transmitting power DPCH from controller of basic radio station radio network, which controls servicing cell, transmitting power E-AGCN is identified in servicing cell, which was informed about shift, based on communicated shift; and is sent to mobile station using transmitting power E-AGCN established in servicing cell.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of radio network usage.
