FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: in one version, UE determines whether the control condition is satisfied and controls at least one radio resource delivery channel if the control condition is satisfied, and stops controlling at least one delivery channel if the control condition is not satisfied. UE may determine that the control condition is satisfied after sending scheduled information which indicates that there are data for sending if there is current delivery of radio resources, if delivery of radio resources is expected, if there is at least one scheduled stream, and a data buffer for the scheduled stream(s) is not empty, if there is current delivery of radio resources, and data are transmitted using that radio resource delivery if there is at least one other control channel etc.

EFFECT: longer operation of user equipment in standby and conversation modes.
