SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to method, system, transmitter, network element, receiver and software for system, which is able to transmit data in mode "point-multiple point", in which one or more data packets are transmitted from transmitter into one or several receiver, moreover, at least one specific receiver out of mentioned receivers needs reception of restorative data packets, at the same time restoration information is transmitted to server of data restoration to drive transfer of mentioned packets of restorative data, besides mentioned restoration information includes information related to number of transmitted data packets, which were correctly received by a mentioned specific receiver. Specified system may be for instance a system of multimedia broadcasting / multiple-address transfer according to 3GPP standards, transfer of data packet may be executed under control of, for instance protocol of files delivery by single-sided transport (FLUTE), and mentioned transfer of restoration information may be executed under control of, for instance protocol of hypertext transfer.

EFFECT: provision for transfer of data packet in system capable of transfer in mode "point many points".
