FIELD: personal demand items.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to manufacturing method of shoe and to the design of shoe. The shoe has inner sole and outer sole, which are moulded as the whole entity to upper part of inner slipsole. The shoe manufacturing method involves the last provided with the wedge-shaped hollow in the heel area, which is preset with the protruding rib. The upper part of footwear workpiece with inner slipsole is located on the last; at that, inner slipsole is provided with a hole in the heel area.The lower part of the last equipped with upper part and inner slipsole is located in the casting mould. Then plastic material is injected to the closed hollow of the casting mould formed with the last and the casting mould. Hardening of the injected material is provided, owing to which the last rib comprises the corresponding groove between inner sole and inner surface of the upper part of the footwear workpiece. The upper part of footwear workpiece with moulded soles is removed from the last, an insert formed separately and having the shape essentially corresponding to the groove shape is made, and the insert is located in the groove.

EFFECT: providing use of non-metal last and therefore reducing the manufacturing cost both of the last and the manufactured footwear.
