FIELD: footwear.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a shoe equipped with an air inflation device located in the heel area with at least one supercharger, into which at least one air suction channel is discharged and to which is connected at least one air duct leading into the boot inner space, wherein top (2) having top material section (21) and bottom portion (22) having a lower side, intermediate sole (3) having upper side (31) and lower side (32), and abutment (4) are provided, having upper side (41), wherein lower side (3) of intermediate sole (3) has a surface with a first surface profile and at least one recess (36) adjacent to said surface for accommodating said at least one air inflating device, and upper side (41) of sole (4) has a surface with a second surface profile, which is at least partially complementary to the first surface profile in such a way that complementary surface areas of the second profile surface of sole (4) and first surface profile of intermediate sole (3) completely surround said at least one recess (36), wherein horizontal extension of upper side (41) of sole (4) and horizontal extension of bottom section (22) of top (2) is greater than horizontal extension of intermediate sole (3), so that intermediate sole (3) can be aligned centrally between leg (4) and top (2) so that sole (4) and top (2) are protruded from all sides beyond outer edge of intermediate sole (3), wherein for the connection of top (2), intermediate sole (3) and sole (4) a) first, intermediate sole (3) with centre alignment is set on the lower side of plantar section (22) of top (2) and top (2) together with installed intermediate sole (3) is pressed to upper side (41) of sole (4), note that ear (4) is provided earlier in bottom element (6) of mould for pressure casting, wherein complementary areas of surface of first profile of surface of upper side (31) or lower side (32) of intermediate sole (3) and second surface profile of lower side of bottom area (22) or respectively upper side (41) of sole (4) are glued so that said at least one recess (36, 36') for accommodating said at least one supercharger of air inflation device has been completely enveloped, and b) thereafter, top (2), intermediate sole (3) and sole (4) are enveloped by mould for pressure casting, and not covered by intermediate sole (3) surface area upper side (41) of sole (4), lateral outer surfaces intermediate sole (3) and lower side and adjoining side areas of top (2) surface are filled with polymer of edge area of sole for connection of subaltern (4), intermediate sole (3) and top (2) with formation of edge area (5) of sole.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing ventilation equipment in shoes.
