FIELD: personal demand items.

SUBSTANCE: filter with filter element is intended for being used in vacuum cleaner. Filter element consists of a cylindrical filter paper containing a lot of folds and having a cylindrical shape. Upper sealing ring and lower sealing ring is attached to two ends of the cylindrical filter paper. At least in the positions on external peripheral surfaces of upper sealing ring and lower sealing ring correspondingly there formed are passages located downwards along upper sealing ring and lower sealing ring. Each position somehow corresponds to the central part of each fold of cylindrical filter paper. Two ends of cylindrical filter paper are connected to positions between internal peripheral surfaces and external peripheral surfaces of upper sealing ring and lower sealing ring accordingly. The passages are formed in the positions on internal peripheral surfaces of upper sealing ring and lower sealing ring. Each position corresponds to central part of each fold of cylindrical filter paper. Filter consists of a filter housing containing a hollow cylinder with a lot of holes made therein and a base with a hole made from below and passing inward. Filter element is installed in the filter housing and connected to the base.

EFFECT: improving cleanability of the filter owing to increase of the distance between folds of filter element by providing the possibility of their being moved apart.
