FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics. Osteotomy of iliac bone and rotation of acetabular fragment in frontal plane within 15-20 degrees and in sagittal - 15-35 degrees are carried out. After osteotomy separation of periosteum in retroacetabular region is performed, which ensures additional rotation of distal fragment in frontal plane within 20 degrees, in sagittal - 15 degrees, in order to achieve adequate covering of hip head with acetabulum and fixation in obtained position with Kirshner's wires.
EFFECT: there is represented method of hip joint pathology treatment in case of epiphyseal dysplasias in children.
