FIELD: rescue equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns rescue equipment and can be applied for life-saving and equipment evacuation during fires or as safety equipment in attractions. Device base is made of thin multilayer sheet material, such as paper or plastic. Each base layer consists of thin sheet material strips forming rhombic sections when the base is stretched, with rhomb diagonal ratio 2:1. Sections double in size in upward direction. Device is positioned in niche at the base of high facility. Lengthwise symmetry axis of device lies in the same plane with vertical symmetry axis of high facility window.
EFFECT: simplified device construction, reduced time of preparing for operation.
