FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises consecutive hardening the layers of powder materials at the points corresponding to object cross section in appropriate layer by laser or some other power source. Powder material represents old powder not hardened and used in producing one or several objects built earlier. In compliance with the proposed method, powder is used with melt viscosity corresponding to solution viscosity of 2,1 η rel as per ISO 307 for polyamide PA 2200. In applying the layer, powder material is compacted mechanically. The other version of method for obtaining tridimensional objects by consecutive hardening the layers of powder materials at the points corresponding to object cross section in appropriate layer by laser or some other power source. Powder material represents old powder not hardened and used in producing one or several objects built earlier and some amount of new powder that has'nt been used before. Note that the fraction of new powder makes less than 50% of the total amount of powder used in the process. Proposed device comprises load carrying element, module to apply powder material layers on aforesaid load carrying element or layer hardened earlier. Aforesaid module can move, at least, in one direction (B) along the load carrying element or layer hardened earlier, and comprises a blade with layer applying surface on its lower side that faces load carrying element. Aforesaid surface features the lift at the angle exceeding 0.2° and smaller than 5°, preferably from about 0.7° to about 2.8° towards direction (B).
EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower costs.
