FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: module consists of working body in form of container made out of horizontal walls and shell. The container is filled with dosed amount of horizontal layers with jet engine. A sorption-refining system for removal of non-metallic inclusions and slag is installed coaxially over the working body. The shell of the working body is made with changed by stages thickness and functions as a heat screen of horizontal layers of reagents. The working body is secured on a vertical support and performs reciprocal motions actuated with an arm. The arm is made in form of a vertically movable cantilever designed to turn around vertical axis. The sorption-refining system contains an actuator fastened at the cantilever with two rigid control rods. The jet engine consists of reactors each equipped with a source of kinematical power in form of reagent, evaporating temperature of which is less, than temperature of melt.
EFFECT: complex treatment of metal in ladle and upgraded quality of treated metal.
