SUBSTANCE: device consists of valve including cam with graduated ring, of first flow control path communicated with valve for transfer of fluid medium through power section of tool and of second path of flow control communicated with valve for deviation of fluid medium around power section of tool. Also fluid medium flow via the first and the second paths of flow control stays completely inside the tool; the valve is able to control amount of fluid medium flow via at least one of flow control paths using the cam. Also there are suggested versions of device and the procedure.
EFFECT: efficient fluid medium flow control and efficient adjustment of working characteristics of downhole tool.
