FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises base 1 with support 2 of axle 3 and rotor 4 fitted on axle to keep proper-rotation axis O-O direction unchanged ω. In forced rotation of the base, gyro force F acts on the rotor side perpendicular to the axis. Rotor consists of two parts 4, fitted on one axle and running in one direction, that feature equal moments of inertia relative to aforesaid axle and make one mechanical system with its center of mass 5 located on axle line at equal distance from both parts of the rotor and aligned with bearing 6. The latter is arranged on support located between aforesaid rotor parts. Note here that the centers of mass or rotor, bearing and central point of support-to-base joint are aligned on one straight line A-A. Aforesaid central point makes gyro point of bearing 7. Aforesaid straight line A-A is aligned with gyro force direction.
EFFECT: expanded performances, possibility to use massive rotor.
