FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: one end of a hollow shaft 9 is attached to support 8, where the said shaft is in form of a support arm on whose coaxial axles 10 and 11 there are two coaxial rotors - inner rotor 2A and outer rotor 2B with equal values of moment of inertia about their axes. The inner rotor is made in form of a rod mounted on a bearing 5 inside the hollow shaft. The outer rotor is mounted on the inner tubular axle 11 which is mounted on a bearing 6 on the inner surface of the hollow shaft. The centre of mass of the rotors and gyroscopic device (GD), as well as the centre of reduction of the gyroscopic forces are superposed on one point 1 on the axis line 0-0. Support 8 has a bend 12 which enables to place the centre of mass of the gyroscopic device, rotor bearings and the point of connection 7 of the support and the base 4 on a single straight line C-C. There are no arms for applying gyroscopic forces in the gyroscopic device, which enables balancing of two oppositely directed single gyroscopic forces FA and FB, which act on the side of corresponding rotors - inner and outer rotors.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of the gyroscopic device, reduces its overall dimensions and volume occupied due to only one support for the shaft of the gyroscopic device.
