FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has two identical double-rotor gyroscopes A and B, for each of which on the base 1 a support 2 is mounted with two support arms 3 fixed on one straight line on opposite sides of the support, with a rotor 4 mounted on each support arm as on an axis with possibility of rotation. The rotors rotate in opposite directions and during forced rotation of the bases of each of the gyroscopes about their axes O-O1 perpendicular to axes of the rotors, gyroscopic forces Fa and Fb act in one direction on the side of the rotors perpendicular to their axes, where said gyroscopic forces are reduced at each gyroscope to their resultant gyroscopic forces FA and FB, which are directed in one direction along a single axis O-O of the gyroscopic device.
EFFECT: invention enables use of gyroscopic devices, including those with solid rotors, on any vehicle, including those without an external support, eg, spacecraft, without violating their stable position during flight.
