FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: seismogenic areas, potentially dangerous for building foundations of different purposes, are detected, in these areas geophysical value measurement site group is located, measurements are taken, in the result of which anomalies, caused by rocks deformation of specified areas, are detected, spatiotemporal analysis with anomaly mapping is carried out, earthquake precursors (foreshocks) are outlined, then epicenter, time and magnitude of the foreseen strong earthquake (FSE) are determined, besides records of permanent seismograph stations are supplementary added into the composition of measured geophysical values and for earthquakes of the moderate strength the movement parametres in measurement points, determined with satellite navigation GLONASS-GPS, besides deformation processes of seismogenic areas are assessed by comparison of above displacement parametres with results of seismogram processing, besides parametres of earthquakes of the moderate strength (EMS) near specified areas are analysed: wave shape spectrum; focal depth h; primary stress P axis orientation in sites EMS, after that place, time and magnitude f strong earthquake are determined according to parametres EMS.
EFFECT: increase of determination accuracy of epicenter position, time and magnitude of the foreseen strong earthquake.
