FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to microwave engineering and may be used, for instance as transmit-receive switch in radiolocating stations. Waveguide circulator comprises folded tee-hybrid, to each of two adjacent channels of which there are two independent waveguide phase changers connected with magnetic system installed on their external side. In the field of this magnetic system, inside of each waveguide of nonmutual waveguide phase changers there are two ferrite plates installed, and outlets of nonmutual waveguide phase changers are connected to double slot bridge hybrid. In order to increase electric strength of waveguide circulator during operation at high level of power ferrite plates of nonmutual waveguide phase changers are arranged with alternating height in cross section, which reduces from narrow walls to planes passing through middle lines of wide waveguide walls.
EFFECT: higher permissible level of power during transmission of continuous and quazi-continuous signals of high power level (HPL) is technical result of suggested technical solution.
