FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to microwave engineering and may be used, for instance as transmit-receive switch in radiolocating stations. Phase circulator comprises folded-tee hybrid, to each of two adjacent channels of which there are two nonmutual waveguide phase changers connected, with magnetic system installed on their external side. In the field of this magnetic system, inside of each waveguide of nonmutual waveguide phase changers, there are two ferrite plates installed, and outlets of nonmutual waveguide phase changers are connected with double slot bridge hybrid. Inside waveguides of each nonmutual waveguide phase changer in magnetic field of external magnetic system on N non-magnetic metal partitions installed in H plane, there are 2N ferrite plates installed, where N - integer number. N non-magnetic partitions may be arranged as partially separating waveguide in H plane.
EFFECT: higher electric strength of phase circulator in operation at high level of power due to reduced heating of ferrite plates of nonmutual phase changers, electromagnet field energy absorbed by them, especially noticeable in continuous and quasi-continuous modes.
