FIELD: the invention refers to microwave radio technique.
SUBSTANCE: it may be used in waveguide channels of high level of power for example in quality of an interstage decoupling arrangement of the transmitter of a radar station. The waveguide valve of phase type has a part of a rectangular waveguide divided in half in E-plane with a partition of magnetically soft material. In one of the waveguide channels of a two-channel nonreciprocal phase shifter is placed a 90-degree reciprocal phase shifter. The absorbing load is fulfilled in the shape of a dielectric tube filled with running water and is located in longitudinal slits of the partition along narrow walls of the waveguide.
EFFECT: provides broadbandness, possibility to work in decimetric wave band and on an increased level of power and also decreases dimensions.
