FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering and may be used in current-collecting rotary devices. Current-collecting device comprises body. Lower insulation bush is installed in shaft with movable electrode installed on it in the form of metal ring, which is installed concentrically to fixed electrode. Upper insulation bush with fixed electrode is arranged in the form of metal ring. Electrodes with conducting liquid between them are connected to current-supplying and current-receiving wires. One permanent magnet is installed between lower bush and movable electrode, and the second - between fixed electrode installed under upper bush and this bush connected to body. Two magnetic cores are installed between bushes to create reservoir filled with conducting liquid, which does not interact with ferrofluid. Each magnetic core consists if two parts connected by means of teethed edges of walls with ferromagnetic fluid placed between teeth, which prevent outflow of conducting fluid. Hole is arranged in body through upper bush, magnet and electrode for filling of reservoir with conducting liquid and ferrofluid.
EFFECT: application of liquid-conducting contact between electrodes and ferrofluid in the form of dielectric, which provides for transmission of any type of signals and energy in wide range of values.
