FIELD: production automation instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: in a case of a wear sensor with Hall effect for control of parts, an external magnetic core of a cylindrical type, made of neodymium magnet, is rigidly fixed, inside of which a thin cylindrical bushing made of magneto-sensitive semiconductor material is rigidly installed through an insulation gasket close to an inner surface of the external magnetic core, inserted into a thin insulating cylinder, having at ends current-collecting bushings for supplying DC through conductors soldered at a terminal of the case. On an outer and inner surface of the bushing, thin-film current collectors are installed, connected with conductors to the case terminal, and a spring-loaded cylinder of an internal magnetic core rigidly connected to a sensor is installed inside the insulating cylinder with a sliding fit, and a spring is installed in the bushing screwed in the sensor case.
EFFECT: simplification of a structure, increase in the accuracy of measurement.
