SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electric engineering and may be used in industrial installations for processing by positional electric drives with ideal shaftings of specified path codes. Program-controlled electric drive with ideal shafting comprises controller for generation of electric drive path diagrams, position controller in the form of proportional unit, filter of rotation frequency (RF) control circuit in the form of double-positional proportional unit, RF controller in the form of positional proportional-integral-differential unit, filter of current control circuit in the form of double-positional proportional unit, corrector of current control circuit in the form of double-positional differential unit, algebraic summator, current controller in the form of proportional-integral-double-positional unit, inertialess converter, electric DC motor, actuator of mechanism, current detector, RF detector, position sensor. Enumerated elements are connected to each other as specified in application materials.
EFFECT: increase of rotation frequency and electric drive position control circuits efficiency four times, which will make it possible to improve accuracy of mechanism actuator positioning in process of specified path diagrams run-in.
