SUBSTANCE: software programmable position electric drive with elastic shaft line comprises a controller, which generates diagrams of the electric drive displacement, a filter of position control circuit, a position controller, a filter of rotation frequency control circuit, a corrector of frequency rotation control circuit, an algebraic summator of rotation frequency control circuit, a rotation frequency controller, a filter of current control circuit, a current control circuit corrector, an algebraic summator of current control circuit, a current controller, an inertialess converter, a DC motor, connected by an elastic shaft line with an actuator of a mechanism, a current sensor, a sensor of electric motor rotation frequency, a sensor of indirect measurement of the first derivative of elastic torque, two feedback correctors, a sensor of mechanism actuator rotation frequency, a sensor of mechanism actuator position. Specified elements are arranged and connected to each other as it is specified in application papers.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of electric drive position control circuit two times, which makes it possible to improve accuracy of mechanism actuator positioning when practicing specified displacement diagrams.
