SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of data transfer networks. Substance of invention consists in the fact that passive socket is created and connection with firewall is established, request is sent to firewall to permit streams directed to passive socket. According to versions of realisation, method may include closure of web-server and destruction of passive socket. It is possible to connect with firewall with the help of information about destroyed passive socket, and request may be sent to prohibit streams directed to destroyed passive socket. If passive socket is closed, method may automatically cancel request to firewall in order to permit streams directed to passive socket.
EFFECT: reduced network traffic.
