SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication equipment. There proposed is the system for evaluating wireless terminal validity according to wireless terminal identification information and for rendering a service. Wireless network is divided into many zones. For each zone there provided is a server for storing in a separate zone of the catalogue position containing wireless terminal identification information without storing the information identification of the wireless terminal registered in the other zone. Wireless terminal identification information is confirmed by means of connection between server and controllers of zones, and the service is rendered.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of implementing the roaming system capable of performing an ideal roaming without increasing the volume of system resources.
