FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for treatment of femoral neck fractures. Autologous bone marrow is sampled by myeloexfusion from anterior spine of iliac bone in amount 100 ml. The received bone marrow is filtered, put in a sterile container with heparin to separate mononuclear fraction containing stem cells CD34+CD45dim by using the cell separation system "Sepax S-100". After osteosynthesis, mononuclear fraction of bone marrow 9.2×107 mononuclear cells/ml is introduced intraosseously in amount 10 ml by delivering a mandrin needle to the point of femoral neck fracture.
EFFECT: method allows precipitating regeneration processes.
