FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: preliminarily under cerebrospinal anesthesia intake of patient's bone marrow is performed in volume 110 ml by puncture of iliac wings of pelvis with needles for myelotransplantation with mandrin. By system of cell separation mononuclear fraction is isolated from it in volume 12 ml. After that under visual control of electronic optic transformer, performing extra-nidus extra- or intramedullar osteosynthesis by means of metallic implants, injecting mononuclear fraction of patient's autologic bone marrow into closed zone of bone fracture, implantation of the latter is carried out subperiosteally.
EFFECT: fracture union, increase of reparative regeneration of bone tissue in injury zone, fixation of bone fragments, more accurate performance of reposition and osteosynthesis of bone fragments, as well as introduction of substances, stimulating osteogenesis in fracture zone, reduction of traumatism and post-operation complications, reduction of treatment terms.
