EFFECT: method provides rehabilitation of patients with post-covid syndrome, correction of functional disorders of the autonomic nervous system, shortness of breath, increased chest excursion with better exercise tolerance, normalization of increased sympathetic tone, improved microcirculation and oxidative metabolism in tissues, improved quality of life for patients.
