FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, physiotherapy and physiotherapy and can be used for medical rehabilitation. Aqua training is carried out in a pool with bromine chloride sodium brine with a mineralization of 123-132 g/dm3 when diluted with fresh water up to 40 g/dm3. The duration of the course of aquatraining is 14 days, in conditions of immersion of the patient to the middle of the chest level, daily 1 time per day, with the duration of each procedure 20 minutes and the temperature of the water in the pool 30°C. During aquatraining in the pool, inspiratory breathing exercises are used. Also. during the whole course, sessions of cognitive-behavioral therapy, classical back massage, procedures for visiting the sylvinite speleochamber are performed, alternating every other day with laser therapy with an infrared laser over the chest area in the projection of the roots of the lungs, magnetotherapy on the chest area in the projection of the roots of the lungs, alternating every other day with breathing exercises according to the Strelnikova method.
EFFECT: method provides rehabilitation of patients with post-covid syndrome, correction of functional disorders of the autonomic nervous system, shortness of breath, increased chest excursion with better exercise tolerance, normalization of increased sympathetic tone, improved microcirculation and oxidative metabolism in tissues, improved quality of life for patients.
