FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: supply of extinguishing means (EM) into pipeline of EM supply into protected premises (PP) and distribution of EM in PP is carried out from placed on the roof or on upper placed with respect to protected premises floor of HRB vessel for EM by means of hydrostatic pressure of EM column. Distribution of EM in PP is carried out by obtaining and distributing in PP of foam based on EM. As EM water or mixture of water with foam former solution, and vessel for EM is made in form of vessel for water or vessel for mixture of water with solution with form former solution.

EFFECT: increase of fire extinguishing efficiency in high-rise buildings (HRB) with simultaneous increase of work reliability, simplification and reduction of price of production and exploitation of system of fire extinguishing in premises, underground car parks and roofs of HRB, as well as on landing sites for aircraft on HRB roofs in case of fire extinguishing in premises of HRB and underground car parks.
