SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fire extinguishing and fire and explosion prevention equipment, namely to the portable and mobile fire extinguishing and fire and explosion prevention devices by the low and medium expansion rate foam. Fires extinguishing and fire and explosion prevention device with the low and medium expansion rate foam contains the low and medium expansion rate foam generator and base with the pressure pipeline. According to invention, device is provided with hydraulic oscillator with possibility of the foam generator automatic vibrational movements creation in the horizontal plane predetermined sector, low and medium expansion rate foam generator and the base with the pressure line are respectively made in the form of foam generator module and base module and are provided with means for their quick detachable coupling / disconnection to each other. Foam generator module includes housing with located inside the housing grids package and the low expansion rate foam barrel, medium expansion rate foam nozzles assembly, foam generator rotation in the vertical plane assembly, and foam generator position in the vertical plane fixing device. At that, the hydraulic oscillator input line is connected to the pressure pipeline manifold, and through the flexible hose line the hydraulic oscillator output line is connected to the quick release coupling nipple on the low expansion rate foam barrel.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increase in the low and medium expansion rate foam generation device compactness, mobility and simplification of the prompt movement directly to the place of fire, increase in the firefighting effectiveness, the foam distribution over the fire area range and uniformity, safety improvement due to the possibility of the proposed device automatic operation without operators.
