SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to machine-readable protective element for protected products, to printing paint for producing such protective element, as well as to protected products. Said protective element contains at least one substance in form of particles with electro-luminescent properties, as well as transparent electro-conductive pigment. Said protective element after non-contact excitation in alternating field irradiates visible irradiation, which is readable by machine method.
EFFECT: claimed invention ensures high degree of protection from forgery of protected products.
