SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locomotives incorporating gas turbines running on liquefied natural gas. Gas turbine locomotive comprises housing with sidewalls and cover, two main power plants representing gas turbine engine, as well as auxiliary diesel engine articulated therewith. Main power plants are installed in engine nacelles attached, via aerodynamic wings to aforesaid housing. Wing ends accommodate vertical aerodynamic rudders.
EFFECT: higher reliability, improved traction and lower weight.
