FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used production of valuable fertiliser for agricultural purposes. The method of preparing vermicompost involves layering organic and alcohol wastes, mixing and composting. Manure is divided into a solid and liquid fraction and layers of solid fraction of manure, soil and grain crop wastes are successively laid down in ratio of 7:2:1 and then mixed. Further, the working mixture consisting of liquid wastes from alcohol production is watered: filtrate and lutter water, taken in ratio of 9:1. Limestone mortar is then added to the obtained substrate in amount which provides pH 6.8-7.0, and earthworms Luticus rudellus are also added in ratio of not more than 20% of the total volume of the substrate and then matured for not more than 60 days.

EFFECT: obtaining valuable fertiliser from pig-breediing and alcohol wastes with low expenses on processing manure and high efficiency with respect to high content of bio-humus from the substrate.
