FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing highly resinous oil and can be used for producing asphaltic binder used in road-construction industry. Invention pertains to a method of producing unoxidised bitumen from highly resinous oil using superheated water vapour, involving heating initial oil and atmospheric stripping of distillates obtaining the end product, wherein the initial oil is heated to 300°C and subsequently spraying in evaporation space of a column with nozzle contact elements heated by water vapour at 550 to 720°C. Atmospheric stripping of distillates in the column takes place at 200-250°C.
EFFECT: method allows for production of different types of unoxidised bitumen using uninterrupted technique, which simplifies method of production and improves the ecological situation.
