FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining, in particular, to method for production of compound road bitumen. Method for producing compound road bitumen with penetration depth of needle at 25 °C in range of 20-200-0.1 mm depending on commodity bitumen brand includes vacuum distillation of fuel oil at residual pressure of column top 10–30 mm Hg to obtain weighted tar, which is mixed with components in ratios of 60:15:25 to 92:5:3, with separation of obtained mixed material into two streams. First of which enters oxidation column, and second one is mixed with obtained in this column at temperature of 230–240 °C by oxidized bitumen in weight ratio of 90:10 to 70:30. Mixing components used are tar residue of delayed coking unit with kinematic viscosity at 80 °C 1100–1800 mm2/s, conditional viscosity at 80 °C for 50–150 s; and oil fraction of 420–500 °C and kinematic viscosity at 80 °C 30–40 mm2/s, conditional viscosity at 80 °C for 3–6 s. Oxidation of obtained mixed raw material with standard viscosity at 80 °C for 50–80 s is carried out to softening temperature of 60–70 °C.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain the entire range of road bitumen grades according to GOST 33133: BND 20/35, BND 35/50, BND 50/70, BND 70/100, BND 100/130, BND 130/200 in conditions of deep extraction of vacuum distillate from fuel oil of any structural-group composition, as well as in higher efficiency of action of conditions process quality of bitumen.
