SUBSTANCE: method includes deep tillage, creating vertical cavities connecting subsurface layer with atmosphere, cutting mole drains connected with collector-drainage net with catch-water. If level of underground waters is 0.4-0.6 m deep tillage is carried out to depth 0.30-0.35 m with step between loosened strips 1.6-1.8 m, vertical cavities 0.04-0.06 m wide are cut to depth 0.6-0.7 m with step 1.6-1.8 m. Mole drains with diametre 75-100 mm are cut at the depth 0.4-0.5 m from day surface with 3-4 m step. Deep tillage and creating vertical cavities are carried out simultaneously and alternating with each other. Mole drains are cut lower than loosened strips and across vertical cavities. Deep tillage, creation of vertical cavities and cutting of mole drains in case if underground water is at the depth 0.4-0.6 m are carried out when upper soil layer freezes to the depth not less than 0.10 m.

EFFECT: increase of crop productivity due to prevention of overmoistening of agricultural lands and creation of conditions for timely carrying out of agrotechnical operations.
