FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: resonant sensor has a base made from high-Q material, in which through-holes are made with formation of a sensor element and its pendulum suspension in form of at least two rods, and a rod-shaped resonator, one end of which joined to the base, and the other to the sensor element, freely placed in depressions of covers on both sides of the base and joined to it. On the rods of the suspension, adjacent to the base, there are resilient hinges with possibility of moving the sensor element relative the base in the direction of the measuring axis, which is perpendicular to the plane of the base. In each cover there is an elastic arresting device with possibility of movement in the direction of the measuring axis and interaction with the sensor element.
EFFECT: increased level of resistance of the resonant sensor to the effect of high amplitude highly-linear dynamic impact action due to interaction of the elastic arresting device with the sensor element of the resonant sensor.
