FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: resonator sensor comprises a base in the form of a plate from a single crystal, where through slots are made to form a rod resonator, surfaces of which are metallised to form an electrode system, and a pendulum suspension in the form of two rods, some ends of which are connected to a sensitive element, and other ends are connected to the base. Some surfaces of rods of the pendulum suspension are metallised with material, density of which is close to density of material of the electrode system of the rod resonator.
EFFECT: reduced error under conditions of pulse heating impact.
