FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: modular cable box comprises support frame fir installation of multiple optical telecommunication modules, having section for installation of fiber-optic cables, and in which support frame has multiple plates, each of which is fixed with the possibility of rotation, in order to provide a separate access to them, and has a section for assembly, arranged with the possibility of installation and detachment of at least one of multiple specified optical telecommunication modules, and also section with fastening facilities for installation of excessive length of fiber-optic cable, besides plates are substantially L-shaped and in which rotary axis passes perpendicularly to plane of plate through one of "L" sides, and mentioned section for assembly is located on the other side of "L".

EFFECT: improved modular box for distribution cabinets of fiber-optic telecommunication networks with high maneuverability, simplicity in use, makes it possible to save time in process of installation, transportation and technical maintenance of fiber-optic joints in modules and devices of cable box.
