SUBSTANCE: invention relates to refrigerating engineering and can be used in food industry, in agro-industrial complex and milk farms for cooling, storage and processing of milk. Reservoir is able to cool down 13000 l of milk during 10 hours of continuous work.

EFFECT: production of such construction of square 1200 l reservoir with immersed tubular and rimate bottom and side walls evaporator which allows directly to cool down newly drawn milk from milk delivery line by three powerful compressors with periodic unloading of the milk at 4°C in portions of 600…700 l when it is full.
