FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and is intended for collection of milk. Milk pasteurising-refrigerating plant comprises heat insulated rectangular reservoir with slot evaporator, motor reducer with mixer, compressor-capacitor device with the first magnetic starter and solenoid valve connected by pipelines of injection and suction to inlet and outlet of evaporator, and also sensor of reservoir temperature and sensor of reservoir temperature connected to solenoid valve and the first magnetic starter. On reservoir bottom there is a submersible coil-cooler with check valves on the inlet and outlet heating jets and electromagnetic delivery and discharge valves on the inlet and outlet cooling, a thermally insulated water heating tank with water thermal electric heaters, a ball cock, delivery and reverse jets of the water heating tank, a circulation electric motor and the second magnet starter. The delivery jet of the water heating tank is connected to the PZNO inlet heading jet while the PZNO outlet heading jet is connected to the reverse jet of the water heating tank. The PZNO inlet and outlet cooling jets are connected to the water supply and sewage lines while the temperature sensor output is connected to the second magnet starter and the delivery and discharge electromagnetic valves.

EFFECT: milk pasteurising-refrigerating plant may be used in conditions of restricted water and energy consumption with simultaneous increase of efficiency factor and has simplified design.
