FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production. At the first stage total water extract, obtained by extraction of crushed raw material in vat-extractor made from stainless steel by slow heating with water steam at temperature 110-115°C and pressure 0.05-0.1 atm during 16 hours, with further increase of temperature to 125°C and pressure to 0.5 atm, is incubated with the culture of microorganisms of genus Saccharomyces at temperature 15-40°C, at the second stage, into enriched with organic acids extract, ions of iron (II and III) are introduced by electrochemical method with current intensity 14 A, which leads to formation of chelate complexes and iron (II and III) carboxylates with organic acids.
EFFECT: method allows to increase safety and weight gain of farm animals and poultry.
