FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pediatric urology. After resection of the entire ureter of the lower half, an anastomosis is formed between a pelvis of the lower half and a common patter of the common ureter below the junction of the ureters of each half. Truncated ureter of the upper half is immersed in a pyelotomic hole of the pelvis of the lower half to depth of 1 cm and four upper ovary adventitia of the upper half and the pelvis of the lower half are fixed with four sutures.
EFFECT: method enables forming an end-to-end wide anastomosis between a pelvis of the lower half and a patinated common ureter, avoiding formation of excessive length and deviation of ureter of upper half, occurring in process of approximating anastomosed tissues.
