SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for removal of liquid from surgical instrument. Surgical approach device comprises one or several valves or sealing units. Valves are intended for creating isolated system between external medium and medium, in which device for surgical approach is entered. Device for removal of liquid is made in form of sorbent element, scraper, diverter element or any combinations thereof.
EFFECT: device enables removal of liquid from working channel of device or system and/or from surgical instrument introduced through it.
