SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making ophthalmologic lenses. In compliance with this invention, proposed method allows designing intraocular lens proceeding from changes in, at least, one eye parametre in patient eyes population and comprises the stages whereat, at least, one model of eye is constructed. Weight function is determined proceeding from eye parametre distribution in aforesaid population to terms of visual efficiency in, at least, one section of the range inherent in population. Proposed method can include construction of, at least, one eye model wherein eye parametre can be varied with the range inherent in aforesaid population. Eye model can be used estimate multiple intraocular lens designs in correction of visual acuity in population of patients. Then, intraocular lens design can be selected.

EFFECT: best match of visual acuity in, at least, one part of parametre range.
